What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is 24 pieces for both screen printing and embroidery. Contact us for DTF printing, signage or specialty-product minimums.

What is your standard turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 5–10 business days after the artwork, garment selection and payment are approved. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time.

Do you provide the garments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We prefer to supply the garments because it improves organization, quality control and production efficiency. We offer a wide selection of T-shirts, hoodies, polos, hats, uniforms and other apparel.

Question 4

Can I bring / send my own garments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, customer-supplied garments may be accepted with approval. However, Ultimate Ink cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for items damaged during printing or embroidery. We strongly recommend providing extra pieces—especially when you need an exact final quantity.

Can you help create or fix my artwork?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our design team can recreate your idea, clean up an existing design and prepare artwork for production. We can also correct AI-generated or ChatGPT-created designs and convert suitable artwork into clean, print-ready vector files. Design fees may apply depending on the work required.

What services do you offer?

We provide screen printing, embroidery, DTF printing, custom uniforms, jerseys, banners, signs, business cards, promotional products and graphic design services.

What information do you need to provide a quote?

Please provide the product or garment type, quantity, sizes, garment color, artwork, number of print locations, desired deadline and whether you need pickup, delivery or shipping.  Pretty much everything in the form on the homepage + any other information you have. The more information you provide, the faster we can prepare an accurate quote.

Will I approve the design before production?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide a digital proof showing the artwork, placement and approximate size before production begins. Nothing is printed or embroidered until you approve the proof.

Do you accept rush orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes, rush orders may be available depending on our production schedule, garment availability and the complexity of the job. Rush fees may apply. Contact us as early as possible if you have a firm deadline.

Do you offer pickup, delivery or shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Orders can be picked up from our Paterson, New Jersey location. Local delivery and shipping are also available, with pricing based on the order size and destination.
